PG SERIES RAPID MIXER

The Promix PG series rapid mixers produce higher fluid pumping utilizing energy saving high efficiency impeller and motor. These industrial mixers / agitators are assembled with high quality heat-treated helical gears and run at a fixed speed of 375 RPM.

This mixer / agitator offers unique design of single aluminum housing. Assembled with double grease seals, permanently lubricated oversize bearing having a life of over 100,000 continuous service hours. These mixers / agitator provide years of trouble free reliability. These portable industrial mixers / agitators are available with "C" Clamp or cup plate mounting options and are capable of running an air or electric operation up to 2 HP.

All PG clamp mount mixers come with swivel C-clamp or swivel cup plate.

PGH SERIES RAPID MIXER

The Promix PGH series (in-line design) rapid mixers are designed in an extraordinary combination of heavy duty yet portable design. Assembled with heat treated high quality helical gears with an in-line double reduction feature and permanently lubricated bearings having a life of more than 100,000 continuous service hours.

Utilizing high efficiency motor and impeller system delivering higher pumping rates with less power costs. Promix offers change gear capability in this model with fixed speeds ranging from 350 RPM to as low as 110 RPM in the air or electric operation.

All PGH clamp mount mixers come with swivel C-clamp or swivel cup plate.

PGHR SERIES RAPID MIXER

The Promix PGHR series (in-line design) is a fixed position model with all of the above features and can be mounted on channel, beams, ANSI flange, and angle riser with or without mechanical seal or stuffing box for closed tank applications.

PTS SERIES RAPID MIXER

PTS series top or side entry mixers are capable of handling large batches. These industrial mixers / agitators are assembled with heat treated high quality helical gears with double reduction feature and permanently lubricated oversized tapered roller bearings. Single or three phase TEFC motors are standard equipment.

These mixers / agitators could be customized with a range of Horse Power, output speeds, shaft lengths, shaft diameters, 3 or 4-bladed turbines and high efficiency hydrofoil impellers to suit your application. Wetted parts are 316 stainless steel construction.

Optional gear boxes with food grade lubricant, paint and dry well construction rated for 24 hours per day operation are also available.

PTS industrial mixers provide years of trouble free reliability for open and closed tank applications. These mixers are available with plate, Angle riser, ANSI flange mounting options along with stuffing boxes or mechanical seals.
