Type A - Dispersion blade has a rugged design which has a balance of high shear dispersion and pumping action. Most popular type of blade used in wide ranges of applications including but not limited to paint dispersion, clay processing, paper coatings and ink manufacturing.
Sizes from 1” dia. to 40” dia. |
Type B - Dispersion blade is designed to mix an entire batch with minimal heat buildup and shear. Popular in mixing and letdown of coatings.
Sizes from 2” dia. to 40” dia. |
| Type C – Dispersion blade has excellent batch movement with a combination of high shear. Designed for high viscosity and high solid batches.
Sizes from 2” dia. to 40” dia. |
Type D – Dispersion blade has an aggressive tooth design which helps disperse material which may stick together or are difficult to disperse. Works well on ceramics.
Sizes from 2” dia. to 40” dia. |
Type E – Dispersion blade is designed for cutting in or shredding soft materials that tend to gum up on the impeller. Tooth design has knife or prick extending out from blade and alternating with vertical teeth. Used for rubber, wax, and soft materials.
Sizes from 2” dia. to 36” dia. |
Type F – Dispersion blade is the most popular and widely used type of disc that is suitable for high-speed dispersion. Tooth design has rectangular pattern.
Sizes from 2”dia. to 40” dia. |
Type G – Dispersion blade is designed to mix an entire batch with minimal heat buildup and shear. Popular in mixing and letdown of coatings. Tooth design is larger teeth.
Sized from 2” dia. to 40” dia. |
Type H – Dispersion blade is made from “Anit-Static Formulated” Ultra-High Molecular Polyethylene (UHMP) for superior wear. Designed for highly abrasive applications with no metal contamination. Both sides of the blade can be used for added life and performance.
Sizes from 2” dia. to 38” dia. |
